How Much Does a Kitchen Cost in Limassol? We Published Our Prices

Ask three kitchen companies in Limassol what a kitchen costs and you will get the same answer three times: it depends, come to the showroom, we'll send someone to measure.

All of that is true. It also means you can spend three weeks and two site visits before you learn whether the thing you want is remotely within budget. We have watched clients go through this on renovation projects for years, and the frustration is always the same — not the price itself, but how long it takes to find out.

So we built something to fix it.

One Click Kitchen

One Click Kitchen is an online kitchen configurator, built by HiSKY and operating as its own service.

You choose a layout — straight run, L-shape, U-shape, or island. You enter your wall lengths. You pick a package, a finish, a worktop, and any extras you want. The estimate updates as you go. The whole thing takes about a minute, and nobody phones you in the middle of it.

If the number works for you, you book a site measurement for €150. That fee is credited in full against your order. We measure, produce a precise design, and only then issue a firm quotation. If you decide not to proceed, you have spent €150 and learned exactly what your kitchen would cost — which is more than most people get after three showroom visits.

What it actually costs

Here is the part nobody publishes.

A 4.2-metre straight kitchen in our Essential package — cabinets, standard HPL worktop, delivery to Cyprus, and installation by our own team — starts at €4,081 ex-VAT.

The same kitchen in Comfort is around €4,505, and in Premium, with handleless Gola doors, around €5,485. VAT at 19% and appliances are separate, and we say so before you start rather than at signing.

Those are real numbers from our own pricing engine, not a marketing range. The configurator shows an estimate band rather than a single figure, because your walls are not yet measured and honest pricing means admitting that.

Where the kitchens come from

The cabinets are manufactured to specification at our partner factory in Poland — 18mm carcasses, Blum hinges and runners throughout, EGGER fronts with matched edge banding. Seven finishes, from White and Cashmere through to Reed Green, Truffle Oak, and gloss Graphite.

Delivery is direct intra-EU to Limassol. There is no importer or middleman in between, which is a meaningful part of why the price is what it is.

Installation is done by our team, not a subcontractor we found last week. That is the part where most kitchens are won or lost, and it is the reason we kept it in-house.

How long it takes

From your first click to a working kitchen is usually six to eight weeks.

Measurement happens within a few days of booking. Design takes about 48 hours after that. Production runs roughly four weeks. Delivery and installation take two to four days. If you have chosen a stone worktop, it is templated once the cabinets are in and fitted two to three weeks later.

Six to eight weeks is not instant. It is also about half of what a bespoke kitchen in Cyprus typically takes, and you know the number at the start rather than discovering it in month three.

Who this is for

If you are replacing a tired developer-fitted kitchen, refurbishing a short-let apartment, or finishing a self-build and you want a straight answer on cost, this is built for you.

If you want something genuinely bespoke — an unusual island, a specific piece of joinery, materials outside our catalogue — that is still what HiSKY does, and you should talk to us directly instead. The configurator is deliberately a fixed catalogue. That constraint is what makes the speed and the pricing possible.

Try it

The configurator is live at oneclick-kitchen.com. It costs nothing to run your own dimensions through it, and there is no form to fill in before you see a price.

We would rather you find out in sixty seconds than in three weeks.
